Mobilya sanayinde profil işleme için özel Plasmatreat sistemleri

Openair® plazma mobilya ve pencere profillerinde etkili ön işlem sağlar. Plazma sistemi bunun için doğrudan kaplama süreci içine, filmlerin preslenmesinden hemen öncesine entegre edilir. Bu plazma işlem apolar profil yüzeylerinde solventsiz yapıştırıcıların güvenle kullanılmasını sağlar. Ayrıca yapıştırma ajanı (primer) uygulanmasına gerek kalmaz.

Bu uygulama alanında farklı döner nozüller kullanılır. Plasmatreat, müşterileriyle birlikte hem mobilya endüstrisi için hem de başka endüstriyel uygulamalar için plazma işlem alanında daima yen çözümler geliştirir.

Openair® plazmanın profil kaplamasındaki avantajı güvenli ve kesintisiz proses akışı ve prosesin kolayca tekrarlanabilir olmasıdır.
